UnFair Records Return Policy
For Products:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from UnFair Records. If for any reason you are not happy with your product or have changed your mind, you may return it within ten days from the date of delivery. To initiate the return process, please contact us at returns@unfairrecords.com within the specified time frame.
To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
For Services:
At UnFair Records, we believe in fair and transparent pricing for our services. If you are dissatisfied with any of our services or feel that you have not utilized them to their fullest, we offer the following options:
Contract-based Services:
If your service is based on a contract and you have not utilized the full term, we will calculate the refund amount based on the services actually used. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Annual Subscription-based Services:
If you have subscribed to an annual service and wish to discontinue it before the end of the subscription period, we will calculate the difference between the services used and the total subscription cost. The prorated amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Monthly Subscription-based Services:
For monthly subscription-based services, if you wish to discontinue the service, we will stop charging you from the next payment period onward.

Please note that our service refund policy applies to services that have not been provided or utilized after the initial payment. Once the service has been delivered, we do not offer refunds for used or provided services.
